1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeOrMi Global ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MeOrMi Global is a worldwide online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, renters, and service providers globally. The Platform allows users to:

• Post listings for rental properties, items for sale, and services
• Browse and search for listings worldwide
• Communicate with other users through our global chat system
• Book rentals and hire professional services
• Manage multi-currency wallet and subscription plans
• Access both MeOrMi Global and MeOrMi Philippines platforms

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.4 Verification

MeOrMi Global may require identity verification for certain features. Verified users receive a badge and enhanced trust on the platform.

4. Listings and Transactions

4.1 Posting Listings

Users may post listings subject to the following:

• Listings must be accurate and not misleading
• Prohibited items include illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit products, and restricted items
• Listings are subject to review and removal at our discretion
• Pay-per-post fee of $3.00 USD applies per listing (Free users)
• Listings remain visible for 30 days

4.2 Transactions

MeOrMi Global facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any transaction. Users are responsible for:

• Negotiating terms of sale, rental, or service
• Payment arrangements including international transfers
• Delivery or fulfillment of services
• Resolving disputes between parties
• Compliance with applicable international trade laws

5. Subscription Plans (USD)

MeOrMi Global offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic: $149/month - 50 listings, 1 featured
• Premium: $499/month - 200 listings with 5 featured listings
• Ultimate: $1,399/month - Unlimited listings with 20 featured listings

Subscriptions are valid for 30 days. Plans auto-renew unless canceled. All prices in USD.

6. Wallet and Payments

6.1 Multi-Currency Wallet

Users can maintain a wallet balance for posting fees and subscription payments. Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, PHP, CAD, and AUD.

6.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum top-up: $10.00 USD
• Minimum withdrawal: $20.00 USD

6.3 PAESMART Wallet Integration

MeOrMi Global integrates with PAESMART Wallet for secure payment processing. By using the wallet, you also agree to PAESMART's terms of service.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to circumvent fees or subscription charges
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Violate international sanctions or trade restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MeOrMi Global are owned by or licensed to us. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a worldwide license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

MeOrMi Global is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between users
• Quality of goods or services listed
• Accuracy of listings
• Any damages arising from use of the Platform
• Currency exchange rate fluctuations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Wallet balances may be withdrawn before account closure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by local law.
